The divestment of 25% of Serveo by Ferrovial marks the end of an era, in line with the plans originally set by the seller, resulting in the total divestment of the facility services activity. The objective is to consolidate Ferrovial Services’ leadership position in the provision of infrastructure and facility management services in Spain and to support the company during its new growth phase.
