Portobello Capital completes the sale of Farmol to dalli-group.
We are pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Farmol, one of Europe’s leading contract manufacturing organisations for the Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care and Pharma industries, to dalli group.
Since partnering with Farmol in 2021, we have worked alongside Roberto R. and the management team to accelerate the Company’s growth and build a stronger, more diversified and truly pan-European manufacturing platform, with revenues more than doubling from €115 million to approximately €250 million.
The transaction marks Portobello’s first successful exit in Italy, an important milestone for our local investment platform and our broader Southern European strategy.
