Our founding partner, Juan Luis Ramírez Belaustegui, participated in the first session of the I Encuentro de Consejer@s organized by the Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Madrid.
This initiative aims to debate, inform and train on the roles of boards of directors and the essential role of directors. Covering topics from governance and transparency to risk management and diversity, this community focuses on analyzing the challenges and opportunities these bodies face in the current business environment.
“The objective is to create a community of directors, and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce is the natural place for this community to be born and grow together. We have been promoting the professionalization of company management teams for many years, and now we have created a space for debate to share best practices in corporate governance,” stated Elsa Salvadores, Deputy Director General of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
