Hofmann, owned by Portobello Capital and Realza Capital, acquires the German company Posterjack
Hofmann, one of the leading European companies in the print-on-demand market for the end customer, has acquired a majority stake of Posterjack GmbH following its strategy to consolidate the European market. Florian Stadler and Johannes Busch, founders and Managing Directors of the Company, will continue to manage the Company and will remain as shareholders with a relevant stake.
Founded in 2005 and based in Munich (Germany), Posterjack is one the leading companies in Central Europe for the personalised printing wall decor market with products such as posters, canvas and gallery prints.
