We are pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Farmol, one of Europe\u2019s leading contract manufacturing organisations for the Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care and Pharma industries, to dalli group.<\/p>\n
Since partnering with Farmol in 2021, we have worked alongside Roberto R. and the management team to accelerate the Company\u2019s growth and build a stronger, more diversified and truly pan-European manufacturing platform, with revenues more than doubling from \u20ac115 million to approximately \u20ac250 million.<\/p>\n
The transaction marks Portobello\u2019s first successful exit in Italy, an important milestone for our local investment platform and our broader Southern European strategy.<\/p>\n
