Vitalia Home is a company in the management of social and sanitary services which has 20 centers and 3.500 beds divided into three regions: Andalusia, Aragon and Catalonia, leadering in two of them. Long term stay, medium stay and day care services are offered in all centers, with the support of specialized units: assisted living residences for elderly persons in a dependency situation, mental health, disabled people, “respite care”, recovery and palliative care services.
Its management team has over 25 years of experience in the sector and is led by José María Cosculluela who is the founder and significant shareholder and will continue to lead the company as President and CEO.
Portobello Capital investment in Vitalia Home is key to the expansion project that pretends to undertake the Company, which aims to expand its market share with the acquisition and construction of new homes, also in other regions.
